anatomical cushioned insole. Vintage Style inspired. Sit on handmade Leather
Sole. Genuine italian leathers are always used on the upper and for lining.
Orders in another color of your choice from the available ones in our listings
are accepted.Custom made orders in special types of leathers may consist extra
cost. Please, mind our policy about custom made orders. Do not hesitate to ask

In case you are not sure about your size feel free to send us your Feet
Measurements (Length and Width)
1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor (flat surface)
2. Put your foot down on the paper
3. Τhe other foot standing next to it. Eventually, your feet are parallel and
you share the weight of your body on both feet
4. With a marker draw the outline of your foot, draw all the way around as
close as possible. Keep the marker straight (vertically to the ground)
5. Use a measuring tape to measure Length (Long big toe to the heel)
6. Use a measuring tape to measure width (measure all the way around the
widest part of the foot).
7. Use a measuring tape to measure width in the middle of the foot all the way
around
For the last two measurements in 6. & 7. please, keep the foot lifted when you
measure width all the way around and hold the measuring tape not too tight or

in case something you do not like or do not do or it was defective or does not
correspond to the product of your order, you have the right to request the
replacement of the product to another number. For the replacement process, the
maximum return period is up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Cancellations of orders are not accepted. However, feel free to come in contact
with KalicosisShoes anytime if you have any problem with your order.
DAMAGE & MISCELLANEOUS OTHER ISSUES: Please check your order carefully upon
receipt and contact KalicosisShoes immediately if the product you received is
defective or incomplete, or in case you have received the wrong product so that
we can evaluate the issue in time and arrange a solution.

Returns and Replacements are not accepted for custom or personalized orders .
Unless, you receive them defective, incomplete or in case you have received the
wrong product.
You have the right to request a product return for exchanges only. You come in
contact with us in KalicosisShoes, justifying the reason for its return and in
order to provide you with more detailed exchange instructions. You have the
right to return it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. The
returned product should be in its original condition, in its original
packaging, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise and tags
MUST be attached on. We understand that shoes need to be tried on so we advise
you to try them on a carpet area and with clean foot. If the product meets the
above criteria, you are free to send it back to us for replacement or refund.
If the above conditions are not met, then the buyer is responsible for any
loss in value and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
You are responsible for shipping the returned product. The returning shipping
fees are NOT refundable & customers are also responsible for them
Unclaimed parcels returned to seller, will not be refunded.
Please, return and ship to us the incorrect pair of shoes within 7 days from
the date of exchange request. This means, the package will need to be
postmarked within 7 business days of return request date.
You are also requested to note on the package ‘RETURN TO SELLER with no value’
As soon as the returned product arrives, we proceed the refund process
(shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE). Refunding is expected to be completed
immediately or within one week from the date we receive the product.
