the length and width of your feet, We would recommend you the size which is fit

Stand on a piece of paper longer than your foot and trace a line around your
foot.
Measure from the heel to the end of your largest toe, repeat process with your
other foot.
Width - measure around the widest part of your foot according to the drawing,
and write the circumference of each foot.


If you have wide or narrow feet we recommend you to contact us to find the
right fit for you.
(We send extra insoles if you have narrow feet.)
