Gals, these shoes are fun, flirty and fabulous. Original late 1940s or early
1950s, theyre covered in the best novelty print fabric of life size Roman
coins, in an opulent, brash golden yellow and brown mottled colourway. And
their shape is just as eyecatching, with peaked peep toes, sassy slingback
straps and perfectly sculpted, high slim heels. Perfect for those novelty print
full skirted dresses, playsuits or grecian draped wiggle dresses, these great
original shoes are ready and waiting for the next rockabilly weekender, 40s or
50s event, for a gal who loves to indulge, right down to her toes!

Measurements:

length: just shy of 9 1/4" (measured along interior insole from toe to heel,
following curve of footbed)

width: just shy of 2 7/8" (measured across interior sole at widest point of
ball of foot)

heel height : 3 5/8" measured at back of heel, not including thick footbed.

* please go by measurements given. My listing of US size 6 ( UK 4) is an
educated guess, I am going by measurements and markings, since me being a US 8
/ UK 6 they are too small to try. They are marked as an EU 37 M, which
corresponds to a US 6 / UK 4. Width is likely just a bit on the narrow side,
despite the M marking, if going by measurements. *

Markings inside vamps include '37 - M' the EU size stamp. Well made shoes.

Condition: these shoes are in fair to good vintage worn condition. NO
separation between uppers and soles, NO repairs, they are ready to wear.
Leather soles and heel tips show normal wear but with no attention needed.
Fabric on uppers has aged and is a bit dusty, but cleaning has not been
attempted, the colours are still vibrant and bright. The uppers show wear, with
some fine stress to intersection with vamp and slingback on inside wall, see
pic provided, a touch at centre points on vamps, and wear to vinyl linings.
There is some wear too to fabric covering, the most notable on the inside wall
of right shoe at ball of foot, shown in close up pic- otherwise there is some
wear to edges and a very small/ fine wear to fabric, examples of both shown in
close up pic of strap. All in all they show wear, but are as cool as ever, and
ready to enjoy right out of the box.
