Double soled Buffalo Loafer style moccasins. Handcrafted of dark chocolate
buffalo (American Bison) lined with gold elk. The collar is deer and the double
sole is double bath chrome tanned cowhide. The leather lace allows for a custom
fit at the heel and instep.

The inside dimensions of the moccasins are 9 4/16" long and 3 2/16" at the
ball of the foot which will fit a woman's size 5 C. A C width is a little wider
than a B (medium width) but not as wide as a D (wide). This sizing allows for a
medium weight sock.

All moccasins purchases include an 8 oz tin of our special blend leather
conditioner and care instructions.

Please Note: We "cleverly" marked the inside of this pair with the wrong size;
They say 5 1/2 instead of 5 C. To make up for our moccasin faux pas we are
offering these at $20.00 less than others of this style.

ABOUT OUR MOCCASINS:

LEATHER: Our moccasins are crafted from the finest available leather. The
hides used in our World Famous Leather moccasins are double bath chrome tanned
cowhide up to 1/4″ thick. This process increases the tensile strength of the
leather without sacrificing any of its suppleness. The end result is a thick,
water resistant, flexible leather that is comfortable to wear, yet extremely
durable.

The hides used in our Buffalo moccasins are acquired and tanned in the United
States. The buffalo and sheep are ranch raised; the deer and elk are taken
during regulated annual hunting seasons. Buffalo is a durable yet very flexible
leather. It conforms well to the feet and is soft and supple. All moccasins are
double-soled with our World Famous Leather for added stability, durability, and
water resistance.

STITCHING: We hand sew every pair of our moccasins using extremely strong
13-cord polyester thread which is unaffected by temperature or water. Each
stitch is hand set using an awl and two needles, and “locked” as it goes into
place. In the unlikely event that the thread were to be cut or break, the
stitching will not unravel. We guarantee the stitching on our moccasins for
life.

MOCCASIN CARE: Moccasins should be cleaned and conditioned periodically to
enable the leather to breathe. We recommend the use of our special blend
conditioner, which is compatible with our custom tanning process. Use of the
oil will darken the color of the moccasins (most noticeable on the buffalo).
Oil should be used only on finished leather; It should not be used on any split
leather parts of the moccasins. One 8oz. can of oil and full instructions for
the break-in and care of our moccasins accompany every pair.

FIT: When you receive your moccasins, try them on with the weight sock you
intend to wear them with. Lace them up and leave them on your feet a little
while. We generally recommend that your longest toe be 1/4″ behind the toe
stitches on the moccasins but they’re your feet and your moccasins and they
must be comfortable to you. The moccasins may feel a little stiff at first,
that’s okay (remember we said “a little”), but they should not be painfully
tight. If they hurt, they are not the correct size

RESOLES: All of our moccasins can be resoled an indefinite number of times
provided the leather is maintained in good condition.
